Pay Range: $62,000 - $88,000
Responsible for supporting operations for Sealy Assembly. Directly reports to Vice President of Sealy Assembly and provides functional support of daily operations to Sealy Assembly and Sealy Regional Vice Presidents. Responsibilities include but not limited to real time evaluation of network capacity, aligning incoming orders and capacity across the network, recommending staffing changes to support future demand, in depth understanding of machine capacity for each location, recommendations for key capacity changes, assist in management of build to stock programs, evaluation of APO programs, level loading of the plants.
WhatYou’ll Do (Essential Duties And Responsibilities)
- Maintain network capacity records for both machine capacity, and labor capacity
- Confirm alignment of network capacity with demand forecast
- Recommend staffing and investment changes to minimize service risk and optimize cost
- Provide reporting and oversight for the Build to Stock programs
- Track and report plant level anomalies (i.e. power outage, weather closures, material shortages, etc.) that impact service and efficiency
- Network wide analysis in support of capacity
- Work with plant scheduling team to optimize capacity usage
- Perform other duties as assigned.
