- Perform inspections on parts, components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct visual and basic quality checks throughout the production process
- Identify and report defects, process deviations, or non-conforming materials
- Escalate quality concerns according to established procedures
- Record inspection findings and maintain accurate documentation
- Support quality monitoring activities and compliance with company standards
- Work closely with production teams to help maintain product quality
- No special education required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Previous manufacturing or quality experience is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
