- Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Maintenance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management for up to 7 direct reports
- Drive manufacturing performance through process optimization, equipment reliability improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support production operations by ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintenance strategies, and technical problem resolution
- Lead new product launches, capital projects, equipment installations, and production readiness activities
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, uptime, and maintenance performance, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing standards, preventive maintenance programs, and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, safety standards, and audit expectations while supporting employee training and development
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- 5-7+ years of manufacturing and/or maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive
- Previous supervisory experience leading engineers, technicians, or maintenance personnel, with the ability to develop high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, PLCs/HMIs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive operational and business results through cross-functional collaboration
