Nature of the work:
Manufacturing associates are tasked with assisting manufacturing processes and related activities such as information gathering/sharing, movement of materials, set up and operation of simple equipment, and inventory tasks needed to produce products for all platforms.

Follows production/process specifications or instructions as documented and directed. Monitors meters, gauges, and related controls on simple machinery. Follows established guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Performs all work in accordance with established safety and quality procedures.

• Understand and apply safety and quality guidelines, meeting all regulations.
• Move product, supplies, and inventory to support production.
• Adheres to standard operating procedures, cGMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements; possess the ability to train others as assigned.
• Perform inventory control tasks such as, but not limited to, verification of components prior to use, verification of components prior to returning, and possess the ability to report any discrepancies to the Production Leader, MC Locator, or Supervisor in a timely fashion. Perform inventory control tasks within component staging areas.
• Functions as part of production crew to load equipment with necessary production components
• Must be able to rotate to all tasks on production line
• Perform visual inspections of components and finished goods at each step of the manufacturing process.
• Hand/eye coordination to perform major tasks of the position.
• Lifting requirement up to 55 pounds.
• Physical agility to perform major tasks of the position
• Demonstrated ability to work on high speed production lines.

Requires the ability to read, understand and implement required standard operations procedures and work instructions.

Strong safety knowledge of handling machinery.

Direct Manufacturing/Distribution - 100% On-Site

Travel between campus locations in Northeast Ohio as needed

The starting pay rate for this role is 18.00 per hour. In addition to base pay, all GOJO team members are bonus eligible. We offer benefits including 401(k) match, parental leave, and onsite well-being care.
