Electrical Assembler

Job Description Responsibilities

• Follow point‑to‑point wiring diagrams to assemble electrical wire harnesses
• Build switch gear, control boxes, and control panels for various train stations, subways, airports, etc.
• Utilize splicers, crimpers, and other tools to build units
• Run, bend, and install conduit
• Pull wire and large cable
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other tasks as requested by management

• Must have electrical assembly and/or point‑to‑point wiring experience
• Must be able to read electrical schematics
• Must be comfortable working with various hand and power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Must be able to perform basic tasks on a computer
• Must be able to work standing up as well as overhead, on a ladder, and in other awkward positions
