laborup is hiring a Senior CNC Machinist for our aerospace and defense job shop in the Cincinnati area. You will work on 1-of-1 components using HBMs, VTLs, and large-format 5-axis mills with Heidenhain/Siemens/FANUC controls.
We offer a guaranteed 50-hour week with optional overtime, relocation assistance, and a path to profit sharing and employee ownership. If you bring strong fundamentals, G-code fluency, and complex setup experience, your skills will transfer across high-stakes projects.
