We're hiring general laborers across our facilities. Prior manufacturing experience isn’t required; what matters is a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team environment. Tasks may involve mixing products, weighing and scaling materials, packaging, or supplying lines with product. Your role will always adhere to industry‑standard Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). GMPs may vary by location (for example, artificial nails, eyelashes, nail polish, jewelry, or similar items cannot be worn while producing or packaging food products).

• Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Ensure correct placement of product on the line or into containers, boxes, or pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of GMPs or willingness to learn.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Reading and writing in English is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• This is a manufacturing environment and there will be exposure to a variety of machines, noise levels, and varying temperatures.
• This is a team environment; all employees must work together and communicate in a respectful and professional manner.
• Work may require overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, as well as across shifts.

• Ability to stand and work with your hands throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Environment can be very cold or very warm depending on the location.
