Job Overview

We are seeking experienced welders for immediate openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with pay ranging from $17–$21 per hour based on your experience. In this role, you will perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on a variety of projects, ensuring all work meets rigorous structural and aesthetic standards. While proficiency in both methods is required, high level TIG welding skills are a significant advantage and highly preferred.

As a Welder you will be responsible for performing high-precision MIG and TIG welding on various metals, ensuring all components meet strict quality and structural specifications. Your daily tasks include reading blueprints and technical drawings, setting up welding equipment, executing clean, durable welds in high-volume production and custom fabrication environments, inspecting finished products for defects, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and collaborating with the fabrication team to optimize assembly workflows and material usage.

Shift: 3rd shift, 12:00AM–8:00AM. Pay: $17–$21 per hour. No degree required.
