** What You'll Be Doing
*** Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
* Operate a ball mill circuit and slag dryer to process materials efficiently while maintaining production and quality standards.
* Operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders, to move materials throughout the plant.
* Collect material samples, perform basic quality control testing, and make process adjustments as needed to ensure product quality.
* Assist with routine plant maintenance and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to support safe and reliable operations.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Experience operating heavy equipment, with front-end loader experience strongly preferred.
* Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
* Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Comfort working at heights and in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
* Quality control experience is not required; training will be provided for testing responsibilities.
