Avery Dennison’s North America Operations Early Career Program (OECP) offers a two-year rotational experience across manufacturing facilities and distribution centers, with on-the-job learning and formal training. Associates gain exposure to Lean Sigma, quality systems, and project engineering in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
The program rotates through two 12-month assignments or an 18-month + 12-month setup starting in January or June, with location decided later.
