Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00

Job Description: High tech screen printing company in KY is expanding operations. They are hiring for a Screen Print Specialist for 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up, operation and maintenance of the flat bed rotary wide format screen presses.
• Read and interpret job orders and print jobs according to client specifications.
• Inspect printing and make adjustments as needed during press runs.
• Work closely with printing crews to ensure jobs meet and/or exceed client expectations.
• Work closely with print supervisor to ensure that quality and on-time production specs are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience operating flat bed rotary wide web screen presses required.
• Focused on high quality printing while maintaining a clean and safe work space.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent color matching and registration experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Able to work 3pm - 11pm.
• Stating salary $75,000 - $90,000
