Francis Manufacturing Company is seeking entry level foundry laborers for first shift (6:30am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri). Shake-out associates help molders in the Foundry department, unearthing castings and ensuring materials and area are ready.
No experience is required; all training is on the job. The role involves heavy lifting up to 70 lbs, strong attendance, teamwork and initiative. Employment begins through a staffing agency for about 8 weeks with potential for hiring.
