First Solar is seeking a Production Operator/Coater Technician in Kentucky to assist in installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment, review process data on dashboards, and troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues. The role includes performing maintenance, implementing improvements to raise throughput and yield, and rotating across buildings as needed.
A high school diploma and hands-on electrical/mechanical troubleshooting experience are preferred.
