Available Shifts1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Every other Friday required
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM Every other Friday required
Job OverviewWe are seeking dependable Production Operators / Manufacturing Technicians to support the manufacturing of nasal spray drug products. This is a hands-on production role working in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Training will be provided, and employees will work under direct supervision while learning manufacturing procedures, equipment, and GMP requirements.
Responsibilities- Clean, sanitize, and prepare manufacturing equipment and production areas.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
- Complete required GMP production documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards.
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
- Communicate issues or concerns to the supervisor.
- Complete additional production duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar experience is preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing production needs.
- Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly use hands to handle materials and supplies.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable using computers as part of daily production activities.
- Ability to safely perform required manufacturing tasks and follow all site safety procedures.
