Position Title

Manufacturing Associate

$22.72 per hour with a .25 cent shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts and the opportunity to make $25.27 in the first 90 days.

Hourly Full-Time Candidates must be open to 2nd (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd (11pm - 7am) shift, depending on company vacancies. This role is subject to mandatory scheduled overtime.

• Safely operating machinery
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading gauges, tape measurer and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting and setting up orders which may include carrying tooling (i.e. ink buckets, printing dies and cutting dies) to machinery
• Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed
• This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Housekeeping standards
• Basic shop math and similar counting tools
