We are seeking reliable Production Document Scanners for a high-volume document processing operation in Lexington, KY. This is a hands-on production position involving document preparation, scanning equipment, quality checks, and material handling.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, can remain flexible with evening hours, and is able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. and operating a pallet jack.

• Load documents and paper into high-volume scanning equipment.
• Operate document scanning/imaging machines.
• Review scanned documents for errors, quality, and accuracy.
• Prepare and organize documents for processing.
• Perform basic computer functions associated with scanning operations.
• Move boxes and materials throughout the work area.
• Operate a pallet jack as needed.
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures.

• Previous experience in document scanning, imaging, mailroom, production, warehouse, or general operations preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer; typing experience is not required.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate document scanning equipment.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working variable evening/night hours based on daily production volume.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a production-driven environment.

The shift begins at 6:00 PM and ends when the day's workload is completed. Hours can vary based on incoming mail volume and may extend up to 12 hours.

• Monday: approximately 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Tuesday: approximately 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Wednesday: approximately 6:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 PM
• Thursday: approximately 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, if needed
• Friday: approximately 6:00 PM – Midnight

Candidates must be comfortable with a variable end time and occasional longer shifts.
