Shearer’s Foods in the United States (KY) is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Night Shift (12 hours, 7pm–7am) to lead manufacturing teams and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
You will direct plant floor activities, enforce sanitation rules, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience and 2–5 years in production supervision are preferred.
