Pay Range: $38,000 - $55,000
PositionThe Marketing Systems Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the accuracy, organization, and timely publication of marketing content across multiple internal and external platforms. This role ensures that advertising assets, product information, pricing, and promotional materials are properly managed to support Sales, Marketing, and key retail partners. The Coordinator serves as a central point of contact for system users, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and operational support.
In addition, the position contributes to ongoing system enhancements by gathering user feedback, coordinating project activities, and maintaining process efficiency. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Manage and publish marketing content across multiple platforms to support Sales teams, retailers, and third‑party partners.
- Ensure timely upload of advertising assets with complete, accurate, and properly categorized metadata.
- Create and schedule organic social media posts and develop paid‑ready campaigns in alignment with the social media calendar.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date product information—including specifications, images, and marketing copy—within designated systems.
- Manage pricing workflows by maintaining workback schedules, meeting synchronization deadlines, and auditing pricing for accuracy before publication.
- Upload product and pricing information into the price monitoring tool and manage seller details, including account numbers and sales representative assignments.
- Coordinate Promo POP production by working with vendors to establish timelines, set up promotional items, and communicate ordering windows to the Sales team.
- Collect, organize, and communicate user feedback to identify system challenges and propose enhancements.
- Assist with project management for system‑related initiatives by tracking timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of system processes to promote consistency, efficiency, and data accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system users, offering guidance, troubleshooting, and training.
- Provide support for the shared team mailbox by responding to inquiries from Sales, cross‑functional partners, vendors, and retailers.
- Communicate system updates, deadlines, and process changes clearly and professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
