What You’ll Be Doing- Brand Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement B2C marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
- Data-Driven Marketing – Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize efforts.
- Multi-Channel Growth – Maximize engagement and ROI across digital, social, email, and traditional marketing platforms
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams and external partners to execute impactful campaigns
- Performance & Optimization – Monitor KPIs, track conversions, and apply insights to improve marketing efforts
- Customer Engagement – Strengthen customer connections through strategic messaging and tailored content; lead community involvement efforts
- Marketing Experience – experience in a B2C marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment and with trades or home services
- Tech-Savvy – Fluent with all aspects of Google marketing, social media marketing, proficient in CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software
- Lead Generation Expert – Proven ability to drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization
- Proactive & Creative – Familiar with elements of graphic design, able to co-create marketing products with managers, and willing to try new ideas
- Collaborative – Work with the trade-line managers to design and rapidly implement marketing campaigns; coordinate with equipment manufacturers to align incentives and promotions
- In-person role – Based in Lexington, KY with episodic travel throughout northern and western KY
