ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aid the Marketing Department by representing Keeneland on large promotional days with on-site events
- Support the operations of the department with such tasks as gathering photos, organizing data, assisting with on-site signage and more.
- Assist with the planning and execution of Keeneland Race Meet initiatives within the community
- Assist in day-to-day operations by managing projects within internal trafficking system
- Assist the creative team with design production & execution of various marketing materials
- Support the operations of the department with such tasks as organizing data, assisting with on-site signage, research requests and more.
- Assist the Sponsorship department with planning and implementing of sponsorship programs during the race meet such as Best Turned Out Program, signage diagrams, gathering promotional product, assisting with vendors, etc.
- Provide support to the digital marketing team in creating and updating content on Keeneland's website, social media and email campaigns.
- Assist marketing with Keeneland's additional lines of business - Keeneland Shop, Keeneland Hospitality, Keeneland Select, and the Keeneland Library.
- Currently enrolled or recently earned a degree in Marketing, Communications, Integrated Strategic Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience & familiarity with social media platforms.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Ability to simultaneously manage projects and meet deadlines; creative and flexible.
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to follow Keeneland's policies and procedures.
- Interest in the equine industry preferred.
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Experience with content management systems (Drupal) a plus.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
