  • Package and optimize Education content for distribution by selecting clips, writing titles/captions, drafting descriptions, applying metadata/SEO, and coordinating captioning/transcripts and other accessibility steps.
  • Coordinate Education production workflows with Production, Marketing, and Graphics to ensure brand alignment, technical quality control, alignment to platform requirements, and accuracy of information.
  • Monitor and report Education content performance (reach, engagement, click‑throughs, conversions where applicable, etc.) and use insights to recommend adjustments to content formats, messaging, and distribution.

  • Ability to professionally edit video in a timely and efficient manner; comfort with basic production workflows (shooting, logging, file organization, archiving).
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including organizing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to translate education concepts into clear, audience‑centered messaging.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments while also working independently to move projects forward.
  • Commitment to accuracy, accessibility, and quality control.
