Job Description
** Overview:
** The Lexington Legends are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media & Graphic Design Manager to lead social media strategy, graphic design, and creative content production for one of Minor League Baseball’s most recognizable brands. This position is responsible for telling the Legends’ story through bold visuals, engaging digital campaigns, and high-impact creative that drives fan engagement, ticket sales, and community connection.

This role blends creativity and strategy — you’ll be developing content for everything from the Legends’ baseball season to the Legendary Festival of Lights and other special events at Legends Field. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and video production teams to ensure that every visual touchpoint delivers a Legendary experience.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Content & Social Media
*** Lead the Legends’ social media strategy across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube).
* Manage game-day content creation — capturing live moments, highlights, and behind-the-scenes experiences.
* Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing, ticketing, and sponsorship initiatives.
* Track analytics to measure and grow engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
* Keep fans informed and entertained with timely posts, creative campaigns, and engaging copy.
** Graphic Design & Creative Production
*** Design digital and print assets including social media graphics, signage, sponsorship materials, flyers, and marketing collateral.
* Assist the sales team with high-quality marketing materials, proposal decks, and proof-of-performance reports.
* Support the Director of Video Production with motion graphics and video board content for games and special events.
* Maintain brand standards and deliver consistent, professional creative across all channels.
** Digital Marketing & Website Management
*** Manage and update the team website with promotions, news, and events while optimizing for SEO and user experience.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to execute paid social and digital ad campaigns.
* Contribute to email marketing efforts and newsletter design.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred.
* Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or graphic design.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
* Experience with social scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative team environment.
* Passion for sports, live entertainment, and community-driven storytelling.
* Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
