Overview
Responsible for promoting The Salvation Army’s mission and programs in the community, implementing, and sustaining the Angel Tree Program, engaging with key community partners, organizing special events, securing corporate sponsor ships as needed, and assisting in the overall fundraising initiatives of The Salvation Army.

- Angel Tree: Sustain the Angel Tree Program in Central Kentucky.
- Echelon: Serve as Lead Staff for the Echelon Young Professionals Program; meet with community leaders and organizations to promote the program.
- Digital Fundraising: Oversee Kentucky Gives Day Digital Campaign (May); oversee Bluegrass Community Foundation Good Giving Challenge Campaign (November); manage CKAS Website.
- Direct Mail Campaign: Lead the Direct Mail Campaign; secure local stories for the campaign.
- Community Relations & Promotions: Represent The Salvation Army on local boards, Chambers of Commerce, and committees; collaborate with partner agencies.
- Development Team Responsibilities: Assist the Development Manager with contacts, monthly and weekly meetings, serve as community public relations contact; plan and implement fundraising events; assist with social media, website updates, special events, volunteer recruitment, training, and onboarding.
