Are you ready to lead in a busy, high-acuity ICU with the support and resources you need to succeed? This 200-bed independent, non-profit Level III trauma hospital in Ohio has been serving its community for more than a century and is seeking an RN Manager, ICU to guide its growing team.

As the ICU expands to 20 beds (5 CVICU), you’ll step into a leadership role where you can make an immediate impact:

• Lead ~70 critical care staff with support from experienced Assistant Nurse Managers and plans to add a dedicated ICU Educator
• Partner closely with engaged cardiovascular and critical care physicians
• Drive accountability, staff engagement, and patient outcomes
• Build on the momentum of a thriving cardiovascular program and expanding open-heart services
