Overview:
As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), you will play a vital role in delivering anesthesia services in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. Under the direction of anesthesiologists, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients, and ensuring safe, effective perioperative care. Required Skills:
- NBCRNA Board Certification
- Valid State License (KY or eligible for licensing)
- Minimum of 1 year of CRNA clinical experience (NO new graduates)
- Proficiency in intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, and line insertion
- Ability to work full-time schedules, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (prefers 4x10). Must be able to work every week.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage patients across the entire age spectrum (excluding neonatal) in specialties including Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro (excluding Cardiac)
- Experience with EPIC EMR system
- Experience working in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, CCRN, or PALS be advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing
- At least 1 year of recent CRNA experience in a hospital setting with high-acuity cases
- Willing to be licensed in Kentucky; licensing process approximately 90 days
- Must support scheduling NORA shifts
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays at 1.5x pay rate (e.g., New Year’s, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.)
- Must be available for a start date on or around May 18, 2026
- Hourly Pay Rate: $226.20
- Work Schedule:
Full-time, 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 am – 5:30 pm) - Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit
