We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) at our DSL facility in Perry, Ohio.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a compassionate manner.
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
- Monitor resident health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
