About the Position
Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Elevate Patient Care with Excellence
Are you a dedicated CRNA seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference in patient outcomes? We are looking for skilled and passionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to serve at a prestigious Level 1 Trauma Center. This is your chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing anesthesia care across a broad patient population and contributing to life-saving procedures.
If you thrive in a collaborative setting and possess the expertise to deliver top-tier anesthesia services, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will provide anesthesia support supporting a multidisciplinary team including anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and residents. You’ll work under the supervision of experienced anesthesiologists, focusing on diverse cases such as Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro surgeries, excluding neonatal and obstetric procedures. Your skills will be vital in delivering safe, effective anesthesia care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Key responsibilities include managing anesthesia for patients across all age groups (excluding neonates), performing intubations, central line placements, arterial lines, and other line placements. This position demands proficiency with EPIC EMR systems and the ability to work NORA shifts, primarily during daytime hours. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience (no new graduates), be credentialed comfortably within 90 days, and hold active NBCRNA certification and KY state licensure (or be open to licensing).
We offer competitive hourly compensation at $226.20, with a firm rate of $290/hour for scheduled shifts. Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits, referral bonuses, paid sick time, and travel or licensure reimbursements. Holiday pay is at 1.5 times the regular rate on major holidays. The schedule involves full-time shifts of 4x10 hours (07:00–17:30), with a requirement of work availability four weeks per month, including possible scheduling flexibility with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
Additional requirements include minimum of 1 year of clinical anesthesia experience, active license in Kentucky (or willingness to obtain), and the ability to work in the hospital’s critical care environment. All providers will be expected to participate in NORA and minor credentialing processes, with an anticipated start date of May 18, 2026, for a 13-week contract.
Be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in patient care and professional growth. Take the next step in your anesthesia career by applying today to join a facility that values your expertise and dedication.
