• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality.
• Supervise the day‑to‑day activities of assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Customer‑service oriented with ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
