Schedule / Hours- Travel contract assignment
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ER) nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications may be required)
- Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and documentation skills
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Conduct comprehensive and ongoing patient assessments, integrating cultural sensitivity and developmental considerations
- Collect objective and subjective data, prioritize problems, and implement customized care plans
- Deliver direct patient care, administer treatments, and perform patient-centered education
- Facilitate admissions, transfers, discharges, and coordinate care with the medical team
- Communicate patient status changes promptly and accurately
- Oversee and delegate tasks, ensuring quality and compliance from other team members
