Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50-100 pounds daily; stand, walk, and sit for long periods; occasional (less than 10% of the time) job‑related travel; exposure to communicable diseases and injury from patients or sharp instruments
Shift: 8 and 12 hour shifts from 7 AM to 3:30 PM and 7 AM to 7 PM Monday–Friday. May require on‑call, weekend, and holiday hours per department needs
Job SummaryUK Healthcare seeks a Service Line Manager to supervise and lead perioperative operations and assume responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and overall patient care throughout the service. The role will carry out the Hospital and Nursing Service mission, vision, values and overall strategic planning, clinical management, patient care, financial management, and quality management of perioperative services. The Manager promotes hospital standards, creates a patient‑focused caring environment, addresses and meets individual patient needs, and fosters collaboration and respect with physicians and all OR staff members.
The role reports directly to the Assistant Director, Perioperative Services.
