- Experience: 1+ year experience; no new grads; recent large medical center experience; Level 1 trauma experience required
- Hourly Pay Rate: $226.20/hour
- Weekly Pay Schedule: Weekly pay via direct deposit (W-2)

- Provide medically directed anesthesia services within a Level 1 trauma setting
- Support anesthesia coverage for Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro (no heart)
- Work as part of the anesthesia team alongside anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and residents
- Manage cases across a broad age span (all ages; no neonatal)
- Perform core airway and line skills including intubation and line placement support
- Maintain practice readiness for NORA requirements (work will include NORA)
- Provide consistent coverage across the contract period (full-time coverage: 4 x 10/week, full availability needed monthly)
- NBCRNA
- KY state license required (willing to license)
- Minimum 1 year CRNA experience (no new graduates)
- Recent experience in a large medical center
- Level 1 trauma experience required
- Skills: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line placement
- Ability to be available 4 weeks/month
- EMR experience with EPIC (EPIC preferred)
This CRNA contract is with a leading facility in Lexington, KY, operating as a Level 1 Trauma Center. CRNAs will cover a high-acuity mix across orthopedics, trauma, vascular, and neuro services (no heart), working within a coordinated anesthesia team model alongside anesthesiologists and other staff. Patient volume varies (reported range 1–9 patients/day) depending on daily needs.
