• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest level of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Possess an active LPN license in your state of residence.
• Hold a current and active CPR certification.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity.
• Possess excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, maintaining confidentiality.
