This position is in a large Gastroenterology and Hepatology Division that specializes in adult medicine and the disease process of Gastroenterology – primarily for the IBD patient population.

The Nurse Clinical Ambulatory provides disease specific patient care to a group of patients who have serious acute and/or chronic health events or who are seeking healthcare to maintain their state of wellness.

• Development and implementation of care plans

• Clinical evaluation and interventions
• Collaboration with medical professionals in a busy ambulatory care setting
• Adherence to quality, safety and service standards
• Application of enterprise, nursing, departmental policies, protocols, and procedures
