Salary Range: $32.87 To $45.02 Hourly

- Delivering outstanding nursing care tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
- Conducting daily rounds and assessments to develop and update care plans.
- Administering medications, treatments, and IV fluids while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Communicating with residents and families, offering guidance and emotional support.
- Supervising and mentoring State Registered Nursing Assistants (SRNAs) to foster teamwork and quality care.

- Attention to detail – You ensure residents receive top-quality, individualized care.
- Active KY Registered Nurse License
- 2-3 years of nursing experience in Skilled Nursing, Dementia Care, Short-Term Rehab, or Orthopedics preferred
- Familiarity with resident care plans and nursing protocols
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
