Salary Range: $32.87 To $45.02 Hourly

Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Delivering outstanding nursing care tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
  • Conducting daily rounds and assessments to develop and update care plans.
  • Administering medications, treatments, and IV fluids while ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Communicating with residents and families, offering guidance and emotional support.
  • Supervising and mentoring State Registered Nursing Assistants (SRNAs) to foster teamwork and quality care.

Qualifications
  • Active KY Registered Nurse License
  • 2-3 years of nursing experience in Skilled Nursing, Dementia Care, Short-Term Rehab, or Orthopedics preferred
  • Familiarity with resident care plans and nursing protocols
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
