Hospice RN Home Care

Bluegrass Care Navigators is looking for a Flex/After-Hours Hospice RN to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in various home care settings, including private residences and nursing facilities. In this hybrid role, you will support continuity of care outside of regular business hours and respond to urgent patient needs. Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Kentucky and are expected to work with empathy and professionalism.
