Trilogy Health Services - 2710 Man O War Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Assist with administering medications to residents as directed by the physician, nurse supervisor, and Director of Nursing;
Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision of a licensed nurse;
Practice the five rights of medication administration within the scope of role;
Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed;
Label, store, receive and destroy medication per company policy;
Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
