Required License/Registration/Certification:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Kentucky Licensure.

The position requires regularly sitting, standing, and walking, with some pushing, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 10 lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Monday – Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed.

This position is for an LPN in Allergy. The LPN is a member of the multidisciplinary ambulatory team who is responsible for patient care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. The LPN performs duties for which they are trained, such as starting IVs, simple wound dressings, and notifying the RN or Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) of any changes or abnormalities in the patient’s condition.
