PositionLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Fulton Center.

Duties- Collect required information from new residents for admission.
- Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections to residents as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
- May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Help residents get dressed and maintain personal hygiene.
- Monitor resident food and liquid intake and output.
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Valid LPN state license.
- Must be in good standing with State Registry.
