• Direct and support all nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs)
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent
• Build effective schedules and foster a positive team culture
• Contribute to leadership strategy and decision-making

• Oversee care planning and ensure high-quality resident care
• Monitor outcomes and lead timely clinical interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation

• Maintain compliance with CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory standards
• Lead survey readiness, audits, and inspections
• Drive QAPI and continuous improvement initiatives
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

• Lead ongoing education, training, and competency programs
• Promote professional growth and clinical excellence
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards

• Active RN license in good standing
• BSN preferred; ADN with strong experience considered
• 3–5 years of nursing leadership in long‑term care or skilled nursing
• Infection Prevention (IP) certification required
• Strong knowledge of CMS/OBRA regulations
• Proven leadership and team‑building skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities
• Experience with EHR systems
• Current CPR/BLS certification
