RN- Clinic Nurse

Job Summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for day shift oncology care (Monday–Friday, 8:00‑4:30). The role focuses on patient‑centered nursing practice, honoring mind, body, and spirit while creating a caring environment. Responsibilities include implementing evidence‑based nursing practices, applying the full nursing process, and fostering collaborative relationships among nursing staff and other disciplines.

• Provide comprehensive oncology nursing care for patients during day shift.

• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient progress using evidence‑based guidelines.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement optimal care plans.

• Maintain a compassionate, respectful, and empathetic environment for patients and families.

• Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
• Basic Life Support certification (ACLS required for certain positions).
