As a Nurse Manager LPN youll provide clinical leadership while supporting the day to day operations of the Nursing Services Department Working closely with the Director of Nursing Services you will Lead and support licensed nurses and nursing assistants

Assist with daily nursing operations staffing and scheduling

Monitor resident care assessments and changes in condition

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations infection control standards and facility policies

Conduct audits monitor quality indicators and participate in quality assurance initiatives

Provide coaching education and performance feedback to nursing team members

Assist with admissions discharges and care planning

Complete required documentation reports and administrative duties

Provide direct resident care as needed

Foster a positive collaborative team environment focused on exceptional resident care

Active Ohio LPN license in good standing Required
35 years of long term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication organization and time management skills

Ability to lead motivate and develop nursing staff

Knowledge of long term care regulations and quality standards

Flexibility to assist with on call responsibilities as neededA genuine passion for serving older adults and leading compassionate care teams
