We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment. As a travel nurse, you'll use evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and strong clinical judgment to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions accurately and safely.
- Monitor patient progress and promptly recognize and respond to changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
- Delegate patient care tasks appropriately while ensuring quality and safety.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of patient safety and excellence.
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required.
- Current BLS Certification
. - Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Previous acute care nursing experience.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
