Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing 1-on-1 homecare nursing for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms for physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data; document nursing diagnoses.
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferably, at least one year of professional nursing experience.
