(VAYA OFFER) 2 years of CVICU experience required. ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required. CCRN preferred. Prefer candidates with ECMO experience. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted at this facility.

- Compliance requirements: BLS, ACLS, EKG onboarding exam, NIHSS, Advanced Math exam, Med/Pharmacology exam, General ICU Competency exam, CVICU Competency exam, General ICU skills, CVICU skills, CORE exams
- Special Equipment: ECMO, LVAD, IABP, EKOS
Return Staff Policy:
Gone from all UK affiliated facilities for 6 months to return as traveler
License Hits:
University of Kentucky WILL NOT accept any licensure hits. If you are submitting a traveler with a license hit, the submission will be rejected.
Modules:
Modules are billable, average 6.5 hours and not included in NBO hours. Modules are completed during orientation and annually, and vary by specialty.
