Hartland Park Health and Rehabilitation in Lexington, KY is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, part-time or PRN roles. Shifts run 7AM–7PM, 7PM–7AM, and 3PM–11PM, with one weekend day per schedule.
This is a compassionate, resident-centered skilled nursing and long-term care facility. As an RN you will deliver nursing care, administer medications, document care accurately, educate residents and families, coordinate with therapists, and support safe, high‑quality outcomes.
