Shift
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hrs/wk) Hours may be modified on occasion to meet patient care needs.
Job Summary
The person in this position will coordinate appointments and care, provide patient assessment and education, financial counseling, and facilitate process improvements.
