Shift: 4x10-hour days (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM; 1/2-hour lunch)

KY license required (Open to licensing), NBCRNA Board Certification

Experience:

Minimum 1 year recent experience in large medical center, Level 1 trauma preferred

Hourly Rate: $226.20/hour (firm, all-inclusive)

What You'll Do:

  • Provide anesthesia support for areas including Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro (excluding cardiac and OB)
  • Support anesthesia staff and physicians with procedures such as intubation, central line placement, arterial lines, and other line placements
  • Work under medical direction, typically 2-1 or 3-1, with attention to teaching residents and support staff
  • Collaborate with a team comprising anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and residents
  • Cover a patient load of 1–9 patients daily across all age groups (no neonatal)
  • Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards, including NORA requirements
  • Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation

What You Need:

  • Required:
    • KY medical license (willing to assist with licensing)
    • NBCRNA certification
    • Minimum 1 year recent experience in a large medical center, Level 1 trauma environment
    • Skills:

      intubation, central line, arterial line, line placement (blocks not typically needed)
  • Preferred:
    • Level 1 trauma experience in a hospital setting
