Unit Manager

Bluegrass Care & Rehab Center in Lexington, KY is seeking a Unit Manager to lead nursing care on an assigned unit. The Unit Manager oversees daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care aligned with individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling nursing staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care, monitoring clinical documentation, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations on assigned nursing unit
• Supervise, schedule, and mentor nursing staff

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor resident outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
