Job SummaryCommuni Care Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse, BSN preferred, for the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations for our facilities located in the Columbus, OH area. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred.
Responsibilities- Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.
- Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training.
- Train new nursing management.
- Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys.
- Aid in the Plan of Correction process.

- Current RN license, BSN preferred, in the State of Ohio.
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in Long Term Care and Nursing Consulting
- Previous DON experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities on a daily basis
- Ability to travel throughout region
- Must maintain current CPR certification
