Summary
Pomerene Hospital is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical RN to join its nursing team in Millersburg, Ohio.
Schedule- 312-hour night shifts
- Provide direct patient care to medical and post-surgical patients
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
Required
- Current RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience
- Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certification
Preferred
- Critical Access Hospital experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Community-focused healthcare organization
- Collaborative nursing environment
